Additionally contained in this recent image release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and contains a notes section labelling different areas of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for boat shelters.
